⚜ TERMS OF SERVICE ⚜

• The commissioned piece is for PERSONAL USE only.
• You agree to never use the commissioned piece as non-fungible tokens (NFT), nor to use it or edit it in any generative AI. If you try to, a demon will haunt you everytime you go to the toilet for the rest of your days.
• You are free to print the commissioned artwork or use it for yourself however you like, as long as you do not claim it as made by yourself nor sell it anywhere.
• If sharing the commissioned artwork on any of your social media, please remember to credit me tagging or linking any of my social media profiles (Tumblr or KO-FI are preferred).
• As of now, I only accept payment via PayPal through ☕KO-FI. All prices are in €.
• Full payment is upfront. Refunds are not available unless I am unable to deliver your commission, in which case I will let you know privately and completely refund your order.
• All commissions will be shared on my BLUESKY and TUMBLR pages, as well as on KO-FI.
• If the work you commissioned is a gift for someone else, or you want to remain anonymous / do not want me to share your commission anywhere, please let me know upfront so I won’t share it anywhere without your consent!
• With any commission you will get the artwork with and without watermark. If sharing online, please use the watermarked one.
• After the payment, I will start working on your commission following your request. I’ll make sure to update you on any step and feel free to contact me anytime.
• I will allow major revisions (limbs position, expression, pose etc) to the sketch during the preliminary phase. Once you approve the sketch, I can only allow minor revisions (like small details). Read more about it in the section below.
• Standard file size for commissions is 1500 x 2000 px but can be bigger if necessary, as it may vary depending on the number of characters involved. Always 300 dpi in .png format. If you have a specific file size in mind let me know upfront. You're free to ask me to send you the csp file as well!
• Commissions will be done in order of payment. You can check the queue and status HERE.

⚜ WORK STEPS ⚜

The very first step is of course to get a reference of your character(s)! I accept screenshots, other artworks, photos, anything that shows your character. If you have a faceclaim too, that's awesome! The more, the merrier. I do not accept moodboards or written descriptions though, I do not design characters from zero.⚠️ These following steps may vary depending on the commission type and add-ons purchased, but in general this is how I work for full rendered commissioned artworks.1. SKETCH PHASE - preliminary unpolished sketch of the character. We will work together on deciding the pose and expression and main shapes. This is the rough base of the commissioned work.
2. SKETCH POLISHING - Once a pose is approved, I will start to polish the sketch and apply flat colors.
3. APPROVAL PHASE - after the “base” idea is ready, I will ask you to either approve or tell me what to fix on the colored sketch. In this phase I will allow major revisions (general pose, arm/legs poses, expressions etc). We can tweak it as much as you want until we reach the desired result for you to approve. Once you’re satisfied and approve the sketch, we will proceed further.
4. REFINING - here major revisions are not allowed anymore. I will proceed with lineart and apply shadows/highlights and clean the whole figure.
5. RENDERING PHASE - once we’re in the last phase of the commission I can only allow some minor revisions (like small details, highlights, fixing some colors etc) but no major stuff. There is no going back, heh.
6. DELIVERY - Congrats, we did it!.ᐟ OPTIONAL (for all commissioners):
Tell me about your character(s)! I'd love to know who I'm drawing! Feel free to drop by my Tumblr askbox or Bluesky DMs and dump all the infos and lore you want at any given time.* All sketches and work in progress files will be sent as .jpg files, only the final result will be in .png.
